Parent Coaching for Families with ADHD
A place to practice. Real-time guidance. A calmer home.
Most parents who call us are drowning in information and still struggling to make daily life at home feel manageable.
From co-parenting and household routines, to executive function and academic support, we work across every layer to help your family build ADHD-friendly systems for daily life. Schedule your 20-minute discovery call with veteran coaches Yulia & Dan.
What begins to change when parents step into the PAUSE
Small moments create big ripples.
The PAUSE is where the magic happens: in the space between stimulus and response, you can interrupt autopilot patterns and choose how you show up in the moments that matter.
With real-time guidance, you learn to slow down, see patterns that were once invisible, and consciously shape the spaces, interactions, and routines that shape the rhythm of daily life at home.
Here's what parents notice:

✓ More steadiness in you.
Your kids feel it immediately.
✓ More hugs, high-fives, and faster repair.
Connection replaces friction.
✓ Support smoother mornings, evenings, and transitions
Less fuss. More fun.
✓ Calm the Homework Battles
Easier to start and finish.
✓ Home begins to feel like a team.
More calm and connection.
Fix the environment, not the child.
Most ADHD interventions focus on the child.

But the skills that improve quality of life are developed at home in the interactions and routines that enable self-regulation throughout the day.

This is your role. Not to manage your family, but to shape the environment in ways that support everyone’s neurobiology and strengths.
We are on a mission to help parents to sow the seeds of self-regulation at home, early and often, and to make parent coaching for kids with ADHD just as common as medication.
